 I.Fabric:Near the surface of the strength layer, there is covered with a layer of special heat-resistant fabric(GF canvas). The strength layer uses high-strength low-shrinkage polyester canvas mode(DSEP canvas).

II.Rubber coating formula:The rubber coating formula is unique. When transporting high-temperature materials, a kind of insulation layer comes into being on the surface.

III.Adhesive paste formula:Excellent adhesive paste formula ensures the inter-layer fabric with high adhesion and avoids appearing maladies such as foaming when the belt is used in the case of high-temperature condition. It has good stability and long service life.

IV.Usage: Burning resistant rubber conveyor belt is widely used for metallurgy, foundry, cement and chemical industries.The temperature of material conveyored can range from 200°C to 600°C.The instant temperature can reach 800°C.
